Anhad Kailash

Anhad Kailash – ‘Yatha brahmande tatha pinde‘ – this verse of Charaka Samhita explains to us that whatever is in this universe is also present in our body.

This material world is made up of the five great elements – sky, air, fire, water, and earth. Similarly, this body of ours is also made up of these five elements. When the soul dies, after that these five great elements merge into their respective elements.

There are Panchatantmatras of these Panchmahabhutas, all these Panchatantmatras are present in humans also – the Tanmatra of the sky is the word. Man hears with his ears. The amount of air is touched. Man feels touch on his body. The tantra of fire heats. The element of fire is in the human body by which he digests food and the fire-like radiance remains on his face. The amount of water is juice. The juice coming out of the human mouth makes the food tasty and nourishes the body. The essence of the earth is the smell. The smell is scattered everywhere on the earth. Man smells the smell with his olfactory power (nose) and rejoices.

There are five qualities of these Panchmahabhoots which are also present in the human body – The quality of the sky is non-resistance. There is a covering of skin on the whole body like the sky. Where there is a reaction from the pores of our body, it is prevented by treatment with the ether element.
The quality of air is mobility. Our body is also moving like air. He comes and goes here and there.
The quality of fire is heating. There is heat like fire in a man only then he remains alive. If his heat ends, he leaves this world.
The property of water is fluidity. Like water, there is humidity in man. That’s why due to the qualities of kindness, affection, compassion etc. he gets moved after listening to the sorrows of others.
The quality of the earth is solidification. Like the earth, man is also solid, otherwise he would not be able to stand, he would keep swinging in the air. Like the earth, many types of minerals and salts like calcium, potassium, phosphorus, sodium, iron, copper, sulfur etc. are present in the body.
There is similarity between the universe and the body, but the difference is only between gross and subtle. All the embodied feelings that are special in this world are in humans. In other words, there is equality between Lok or Prakriti and Purusha. Charaka Samhita tells this statement to us-

यावन्तो  हि  लोके  मूर्तिमन्तो  भावविशेषा:
तावन्तपुरुषे यावन्तपुरुषे तावन्तो लोके॥

If there is consciousness in the universe, then human beings are also conscious. Keeps moving from one place to another. But when it becomes sick due to some reason and becomes unable to walk, then inertia starts coming in it. God has given him the best gift in the form of intelligence. He works miracles with this intelligence.

In this way all the qualities of the Panchamahabhutas are present in the human being. Which can be said in other words that whatever is in this universe is also present in this body.

Anahat Naad = eternal sound Om sound

Anahata Chakra is located in the middle of the chest near the heart. Its mantra is Yama (YAM). The color of the Anahata Chakra is light blue, the color of the sky. Its equivalent element is air. Air is the symbol of freedom and expansion. This means that in this cycle our consciousness can expand to infinity.

Anahata Chakra is the back (place) of the soul. The symbol of the Anahata Chakra is a lotus with twelve petals. It symbolizes the divine qualities of the heart such as ecstasy, peace, orderliness, love, cognition, clarity, purity, unity, compassion, kindness, forgiveness and certainty. However, the heart center is also the center of feelings and emotions. Its emblem is two asterisks in the form of triangles overcast. The top of one triangle points up and the other points down. When the energy of the Anahata Chakra flows towards the spiritual consciousness, then our feelings reveal devotion, pure, God-love and loyalty. However, if our consciousness is immersed in the realm of worldly desires, then our emotions become confused and unbalanced. It is then that desire, hatred-jealousy, indifference and frustration overwhelm us.

Anahata is the back of sound (Naad). Concentration on this chakra can develop a person’s talent as a writer or poet. The second power that emerges from the Anahat Chakra is Sankalp Shakti, which is the power of wish fulfillment. When you wish to fulfill a wish, concentrate it in your heart. The more pure your Anahata Chakra is, the sooner your wish will come true.

The symbol of the Anahata Chakra is the animal kuranga (deer) which reminds us of extreme attention and vigilance. The deities of this chakra are Shiva and Parvati, symbols of consciousness and nature. In this cycle both should become one in harmony.
